Conversion into a GmbH (approximates a private limited company in the UK) - with Robert Kögl as sole partner

1998:
Expansion of business activities to neighbouring European countries

1999:
Activities in Italy strengthened and the establishment of the asko s.r.l. based in Bolzano

Establishment of the asko-assekuranzmakler GmbH Kufstein to provide optimum care of Austrian customers

Introduction of EDP software (www.genesis-software.de) developed especially for the corporate group and networking of the individual sites

Asko is an exhibitor at the Transpotec Trade Fair in Verona, in cooperation with the transport company association AS-ART
