Claim settlement for asko customers: Goods transport claims
For a swift and smooth processing of your claim we require the following documents which you should please post to us.:
- Letter briefly describing the claim
- Original statement of damage issued to asko assekuranzmakler
- Copy of the delivery invoice to the customer
- Copy of the delivery advice
- Transport contract to the forwarder/freight carrier
- Written complaint or telephone note of the complaint from the customer
- Evidence that the contracted freight carrier is being held liable
- Declaration of assignment to the insurer
- Certificate of damage of the forwarder - insofar as existent
