Claim settlement for asko customers: Goods transport claims

For a swift and smooth processing of your claim we require the following documents which you should please post to us.:

  • Letter briefly describing the claim
  • Original statement of damage issued to asko assekuranzmakler
  • Copy of the delivery invoice to the customer
  • Copy of the delivery advice
  • Transport contract to the forwarder/freight carrier
  • Written complaint or telephone note of the complaint from the customer
  • Evidence that the contracted freight carrier is being held liable
  • Declaration of assignment to the insurer
  • Certificate of damage of the forwarder - insofar as existent
