Subject of this privacy policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Hereafter we inform you about the storage and type of data, their general function, as well as our identity (see imprint). We also notify the initial delivery and the type of the transmitted data, as well as the preventive actions. Personal are all data containing the information concerning personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable customer. For example these can include, the name, the email address, the residential address, date of birth or phone number. The use of our web site is generally also possible without indicating any personal data. As far as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is, as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis. These data are not passed to third parties without your explicit consent. We point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can exhibit security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Access Data/ Server-Logfiles

The provider (respectively his webspace provider) collects data on every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data include: name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization from the offer. The provider however reserves the right to review the log data, if there is any legitimate suspicion given of unlawful use.

Integration of services and content of third parties

It may happen that within this online offer content of third parties, for example such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google maps, RSS feeds, or images from other web sites are integrated. This always assumes that the provider of such content (hereafter named as "Third-party") carry out the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the right browser of that particular user. The IP address is absolutely required for the presentation of this content. We always try to use only content where the provider is only using the IP address for the delivery of the content. However, we have no control, if the third-party provider save the IP address for statistical purposes. We will inform the users as far as we are aware of.

When you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) we will save your specifications for the purpose of handling your request or in case any follow up questions will occur.

With the newsletter, we will inform you about us, our offers and news. If you want to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address as well as an information that allow us to check that you are the owner of the provided e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. There is no more data collected. These data are only used for sending the newsletter.
